Review

I love the friends to lovers trope and this book did not disappoint. Steven has been best friends with Lauren since grade school and she's the only one who knows the real Steven. One drunken night leads to a one night stand that threatens their friendship. 

Lauren has always been in love with Steven and has watched him go from one girl to the next. She doesn't want to be just another one of those girls so she pretends that what happened between them means nothing to her. Steven refuses to lose her. Can things work between them? 

This was such a sweet story with some really steamy moments. I'm definitely a fan of Brazen and have yet to find a book they publish that I don't like. I will be looking into reading some more of Ms. Alberts' work.
